As a commercial project manager, I am always dealing with material issues. Whether it be response times, material lead times, quality control, customer service, etc, there is always an issue to contend with. That said, I can honestly say I did not have to deal with any of that with ESS Universal. Material showed up right on schedule and in perfect condition.
