Our History
Founded by Engineer William Lewis in Essex, England, Equipment Supply Solutions (ESS) has been offering furniture solutions since 2010. Lewis utilized his engineering experience with P&O Ocean Liners to design innovative, durable, aesthetically pleasing products for the commercial furniture market. In 2017, we began offering our industry-leading furniture and accessories to residential customers.
Since its inception, ESS has focused on creating furniture at an affordable contract price. To achieve this on an international scale, we work with a world-class roster of suppliers and quality manufacturers around the globe.
Our Staff and Collaborators
The ESS Universal Team monitors the quality of our products from manufacturing to distribution. Our team includes veteran sales professionals, manufacturing overseers, engineers, and designers.
To maintain quality control, they've created a series of unique design and manufacturing processes. It ensures that all of our commercial and residential product lines are meticulously crafted and shipped on time, every time.
Association Memberships
We are proud to be members of several associations.
Ordered about 50 bunk beds and ordering another 100 soon. These are, in the summer camp world, the only bunk beds to get. They are sturdy and have minimal squeaking (as long as it's put together correctly in the location that they are going). We appreciate that they are all welded nicely so there aren't places for critters to hide. I'm thinking that these bunks will last for decades.
We just bought our THIRD bunk bed from ESS Universal. Our kids love them, and our guests in our rental property love them. The beds are super sturdy (like they don't wobble or anything at all). Customer service at ESS is top notch. I've worked with Dick over there and he always returns my emails and phone calls quickly. Will probably be getting more beds here (we have a big family!).

Great bunk bed, really happy with my twin over full. I had bought a 'heavy duty' bunk bed from home depot that literally broke in 8 months time, and that is not a typo. I was looking for a real heavy duty bunk bed and so glad I found ESS. The quality compared to homedepot is night and day. Far superior welding, design, and functionality! Oh and unbelievable customer service from a family owned business, to boot. Super satisfied.

We needed bunk beds for a Men's recovery home and although pricey, these beds absolutely fit our needs! The bed is substantial, great quality and easy to assemble. I highly recommend this company and these bunkbeds. I bought a triple bunk and a double bunk for our cabin. We have finally tested them out and they passed the test! We had five 17/18 year-old boys who are big and active. Our test was to see how much the bunkbeds moved and made sound when they were getting in and out of bed. No one woke up-minimal sound and minimal movement. Additionally, there was one very minor paint defect when they arrived. I emailed the night we discovered it. Right away the next morning customer service (I think the actual owner or immediate secretary ) called me and gave me several good options to remedy the situation. I would definitely recommend this company for anybody looking to purchase high-quality sturdy bunkbeds for adults or children or rambunctious teenagers.
