Quick shipping and excellent products. Have used this company since 2019. The structural strength of the bed frame have endured over 5 years of heavy use for our search and rescue unit. Still as sturdy and squeak free since the day we bought them. Highly recommended, placing an order for additional beds for a different search and rescue unit based on historical reliability. The over all purchasing process and shipping was great! Well worth the price as these beds will outlast the rest of time. The company even contacted me to ensure I was getting a product that correctly fit our needs and we were able to update from the Dallas twin bunk beds to twin xl to accommodate all sizes of adult heights. Biggest guy was 6’6” and easily accessible and accommodating getting in and out of the bed! Again, highly recommended.

We ordered some heavy duty frames in 2021 and then ordered more in 2022 because we liked them so much more than traditional bedframes. A few years later, we've had no issues with them whatsoever. They've held up well, and in a shelter environment, that's what is needed (heavy duty & durable)! Because of the quality and great customer service with the frames, we're now ordering some mattresses as well.

Ordered about 50 bunk beds and ordering another 100 soon. These are, in the summer camp world, the only bunk beds to get. They are sturdy and have minimal squeaking (as long as it's put together correctly in the location that they are going). We appreciate that they are all welded nicely so there aren't places for critters to hide. I'm thinking that these bunks will last for decades.

We just bought our THIRD bunk bed from ESS Universal. Our kids love them, and our guests in our rental property love them. The beds are super sturdy (like they don't wobble or anything at all). Customer service at ESS is top notch. I've worked with Dick over there and he always returns my emails and phone calls quickly. Will probably be getting more beds here (we have a big family!).

Great bunk bed, really happy with my twin over full. I had bought a 'heavy duty' bunk bed from home depot that literally broke in 8 months time, and that is not a typo. I was looking for a real heavy duty bunk bed and so glad I found ESS. The quality compared to homedepot is night and day. Far superior welding, design, and functionality! Oh and unbelievable customer service from a family owned business, to boot. Super satisfied.
