We are a non-profit youth camp in south central Indiana and were looking to update our 40+ year old bed frames. Our number one complaint from parents of our youth was how uncomfortable our mattresses were. When we were ready to purchase frames and mattresses we looked at several vendors across the US but ESS Universal stood out with their customer service and product reliability. Beds were the answer to a bed bug problem we were having.. Doesn't eliminate them but greatly reduces population..

We took a resort and transformed it into a summer camp, and we wanted to make sure we choose the right bunk beds. We were refered from another camp to Heavy Duty Bunk Beds. We ordered hundreds of bunk beds, all of which have held up extremely well under constant use. They even designed a custom bunk/loft over a queen bed specifically for our camp. Everything was delivered on time, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend Heavy Duty Bunk Beds.

I am a father of 5. So I wanted and needed a strong durable bed that would out last the kids. Bought my first bed a few years ago needed another and came straight back here. Love the beds these people make looks good and its strong! strong!

ESS Universal -Heavy Duty Bunkbeds is an amazing Family-owned company that we gladly support here at the Oroville Rescue Mission in Oroville Ca. We have 40 of their bunk beds in our new facility that is currently housing 40 unhoused individual's.

Such a fabulous company! Such a fabulous product! Communication response time is fast and delivery time is fast. They are friendly and great to work with. We are slowly replacing all of our wooden bunks with these metal bunks. Our guests compliment the clean look and sturdy construction. We will continue to purchase more bunk beds from ESS Universal as our budget allows.
